At OISHN, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer free replacement/exchange if:
✅ Product arrives damaged
✅ Product arrives defective
✅ Wrong item was delivered
✅ Item is missing parts
To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Required Proof
To process your request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Short description of the issue

3. Exchange Process
Once approved:
- Our team reviews your request.
- Exchange approval is sent via email.
- A replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot provide exchanges for:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Incorrect address provided by customer
❌ Minor color differences caused by screen settings
❌ Damage caused after delivery
❌ Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
5. Refunds
Currently, OISHN primarily offers replacement/exchange services for damaged or defective items.
Refunds may be issued only in exceptional circumstances where a replacement cannot be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
